Abstract

This is an erratum to the paper 'A search for optical and near-infrared counterparts of the compact binary merger GW190814' (2020, MNRAS, 499, 3868-3883). In the originally published version of this article, there was an error in the Acknowledgements section. The section should read: 'ALT, RSR, and LP acknowledge support from the European Union's Horizon 2020 Programme under the AHEAD2020 project (grant agreement n. 871158) and by ASI (Italian Space Agency) through the Contract no. 2019-27-HH.0 and from MIUR (PRIN 2017 grant 20179ZF5KS). SD and ET acknowledge support for this work under NASA grant 80NSSC18K0429. JBG acknowledges the support of theViera y Clavijo program funded by ACIISI and ULL. GB acknowledges financial support under the INTEGRAL ASI-INAF agreement 2019-35-HH.0.'. This has now been corrected online.
