Abstract

In the Research Article "Antimalarial pantothenamide metabolites target acetyl-coenzyme Abiosynthesis in Plasmodium falciparum, "there were errors in Fig. 4. In Fig. 4 in the original article,data for one of the replicate measurements for mutant F49C11 rev2 (Fig. 4B, top panels) was copiedfrom an unrelated dataset. In addition, the symbols in the key to the panels showing data formutants F50D5 rev1 and F50D5 rev 2 were reversed. Figure 4 has now been corrected and the online PDF and HTML (full text) of the main text have beenupdated. The legend for Fig. 4 remains unchanged. The corrections do not impact the interpretationof the data or the conclusions of the paper.
