Abstract

Estimates of the minimum degrees of electron- transfer contributions to the mechanisms of reaction of primary, secondary, and tertiary alkyl bromides with (trimethyltin) sodium have been obtained by the use of dicyclohexylphosphine as a free-radical trap.
