Abstract
Foliage of several crop species, coniferous trees and hardwood trees was collected annually from 1972-1987. Mean sulfur levels varied with time, distance and direction of the collection sites from the nearest respective major power plant. Highest mean foliar S contents were well below levels at which nutrient imbalances within plants occur. -from Authors
