Abstract
This paper investigates the exact solution for peristaltic motion of a PTT fluid in an inclined planar channel and an inclined axisymmetric tube, using long wave length approximation. In each case the linear and exponential models of PTT fluid are considered. Expressions for velocity profiles and stream function are observed and the relations between pressure gradient and flow rate are exhibited.
