Abstract

In many superstring-inspired models, the superpartners of the Q = - 1 3, isosinglet quarks (h̃_L,R) can have either leptoquark or disquark couplings. The t-channel exchange of the third-generation h̃_L,R can contribute to the decays V_t→τ⁺τ^-, bb̄ (where V_t is a ³S₁ (tt̄) resonance) with couplings which are, at present, not phenomenologically bounded. We calculate the decays rates for these processes and the forward-backward asymmetries in e⁺e^-→τ⁺τ^-, bb̄ on resonance including such contributions.
