Abstract
An extended Maxwell Garnen (EMG) model for paricJlale cniral-in-chiral composites is developed. Volume integral equations and two computationally tractable algorithms for scattering by a chiral inclusion embedded in a chiral host are obtained. Tnese eqJations are then used to develop the emg model. Analytic expressions are obtained for the effective-medium parameters in the case of spherical inclusions. Three reductions of the chiral-in-chirat composite are also given.
