Abstract
This paper presents the fabrication processes of microsurgical tools for single-cell intracytoplasmic injection. Two types of microsurgical tools, i) sharpened micro injectors and ii) single-cell trappers with a conical inner geometry, have been fabricated with a one-step etching process. Intracytoplasmic injection has been successfully demonstrated with the microsurgical tools on single brassica oleracea cells.
