Abstract
This chapter offers an understanding of faith-based governance (FBG) that emphasizes neutrality as a major prerequisite to FBG. It presents an explanation of the construct of faith and the definition and vision of FBG, along with the five-dimensional matrix of faith-based governance. The five dimensions are that of ignorance–arrogance, apathy–sympathy, other-centered–self-centered, planet-centered–people-centered, and alternate reality–alternate reality. This chapter ends with a hope for increased harmony and progression toward enhanced consciousness, and it encourages the reader to explore and imagine the manifestation of the five-dimensional matrix in several twenty-first-century global governance scenarios.
