Abstract
Liquid crystal displays driven by organic thin film transistors were fabricated on polymeric substrates. The displays, designed to be used with polymer-dispersed liquid crystals (PDLC), included four types of pixel arrays. Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) films were used as substrate materials to fabricate the flexible displays.
