abstract = "We present continuum extrapolated lattice QCD results for higher-order fluctuations of conserved charges at finite-temperature. By comparing the numerical results obtained in the grand canonical ensemble on the lattice to the moments of net-charge and net-baryon distributions measured in heavy ion experiments, the temperature and the chemical potential may be estimated at the time of chemical freeze-out.",
