Abstract

In recent years, how to realize the color display of GaN-based LED micro-display has become a great challenge. This paper describes a full-color LED micro-display system based on timedynamic color filter, which can achieve high resolution and low cost. Besides, the system has flexible structure and can be adjusted freely according to various applications.
