Abstract
The effect of doping iron ions on PZNT4.5 single crystals was studied using high temperature flux method. The Curie temperature of the doped crystal was about 143 °C, while the ferroelectric phase transition temperature was ∼92°C for the〈001〉 oriented samples. The Fe-doped PZNT(95.5/4.5) single crystals were grown and the dielectric, piezoelectric, electromechanical, electrostriction, and electro-optical properties were reported and compared to the pure crystals.
