Abstract

A detailed study of the growth of hybrid MnAs/ZnSe ferromagnet/semiconductor heterostructures was performed. It was found that only the type-B MnAs orientation is evident in these heterostructures. The structural and magnetic properties strongly depend on the growth conditions.
