Abstract
High-Tc YBa2Cu3O7/PrBa2Cu3O7 superlattices have been made by pulsed-laser deposition with abrupt interfaces and extremely low interdiffusion between the two different materials was found. The structure, superconducting properties, and anisotropic behavior of the superlattices are briefly summarized. The superconducting transition behavior of the superlattices has been discussed in terms of the reduced dimensionality observed in the system.
