Abstract
A 56-year-old woman sustained head trauma without loss of consciousness after falling down several steps. A radionuclide cerebral blood flow and static brain scan was performed which showed two right parasagittal mass lesions. These lesions were further confirmed by CT scan and cerebral angiography. Surgical pathologic diagnosis was two hemangiomas of the skull.
