title = "In situ electrokinetic stringency control for multiplexed electrochemical pathogen sensing",
abstract = "This paper describes in situ electrokinetic stringency control for multiplexed detection of phylogenetically similar uropa-thogens toward point-of-care diagnostics of urinary tract infections (UTI). By directly implementing electrokinetics on the electrodes of a SAM-based electrochemical sensor, we demonstrate that in situ stringency control allows discrimination of single nucleotide mismatches and multiplexed detection of uropathogenic bacteria that have similar 16S rRNA sequences including P. mirabilis, P. aeruginosa and E. coli.",
