Abstract

Hysteretic loop measurements of hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficient as a function of temperature and pressure for the lead-free ferroelectric ceramic 0.79(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 - 0.14(Bi 0.5K0.5)TiO3 - 0.07BaTiO3 (BNBK79), were realized. Curves ofdh - E relation were obtained under applied electric field along polar axis up to temperature of 170°C and pressures in the range from 10 MPa up to 55 MPa. In addition, the temperature dependence of hydrostatic piezoelectric coefficientdh at zero field was studied.
