Abstract

The objective of this paper is to describe events and findings in the development of a comprehensive information architecture for a building. The information architecture has a goal of identifying and classifying the information required to manage, plan, design, construct and operate a facility. This paper also shows how process and information modelling can be applied to the industry and how they are able to make improvements in the way the projects are delivered.
