N2 - We consider the problem of desynchronizing the neurons cluster with a single optimal input. This is done through the method of discrete dynamic programming. Based on the basis of the models, such as Hodgkin-Huxley neuron model, we add the optimal control input and then study the optimal input stimulation with different coupling strengths between neurons. By appropriate discretization we can combine continuous neuron equation with discrete dynamic programming and obtain the optimal input. Also we find out that the desynchronous rates of the nervous systems are closely related to its dynamic characteristics and coupling manners.
