Abstract
Forty-six children with severe feeding problems received intensive behavioral therapy in a day treatment program. All of the children were dependent on supplemental tube feedings. The outcomes of the day treatment program were reported at discharge, 12, and 24 month follow-up. The program was found to be cost-effective when compared to the cost of long-term supplemental feeding.
