Abstract
Intraoral endotracheal tube kinking is not an uncommon phenomenon especially in the prone position1 but there are very few reports of intraoral kinking in the supine position. We report a case where unexpected intraoral tube kinking during craniotomy caused an unacceptable increase in airway pressure.
