Abstract
A case of conjoined twins with intrapartum fetal heart rate monitoring is presented. The heart rate pattern is discussed and compared to previously reported cases in which the heart rate tracing preceded fetal death. This is the first such reported case. The methods of diagnosis for conjoined twins are reviewed.
