title = "Introductory Study of a Broadband, High-Efficiency Nanoloop Optical Communications Platform",
abstract = "A variety of different geometries for building an optical wireless link have been investigated. Here a new study showing the promise of a nanoloop antenna is presented. The surprising broadband, high gain radiation pattern that can be achieved by a nanoloop antenna makes it an ideal candidate for such an application. Further, by addition of lumped loads, this pattern may be steered or its polarization altered, enabling a highly capable communication platform.",
