This work was partially supported by OTKA Hungarian Science Grants No. T34980, T37615, M37071, T032501, AT049652. and by the EU Hadron physics project RII3CT20040506078. The computations were carried out at Eötvös University on the 330 processor PC cluster of the Institute for Theoretical Physics [12] and the 1024 processor PC cluster of Wuppertal University.

N2 - Recent results on finite temperature and/or density lattice QCD are reviewed. Lattice techniques and some previous results are shortly discussed. Results for the critical point at physical quark masses are presented. The equation of state (pressure) and the quark number density are determined at non-vanishing chemical potentials.
