Abstract
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory recently improved its electromagnetic measurement capability through the installation of a precision BroadBand monocone antenna, shrouded by EM absorbers, at its Transient Range Facility. This paper provides a brief history of the facility, describes the current measurement systems, and discusses the improvements observed.
