note = "Funding Information: The evaluation also serves as an external review for Our Center funders so they can see the progress we have made with the resources. While we do not need to justify Our Center for the institution, we have found it helpful to have external evaluations to support claims of success and to note areas of needed enhancement to warrant new funds. We receive funding from the institution{\textquoteright}s core budget (operating funds decided by the Senior Leadership Team), discretionary funds to support short-time projects (decided at varying levels), alumni and donor support (foundation and donor driven), as well as contracts and grants. Our contracts and grant work typically requires external evaluations. While not required for the other funding sources, external evaluations provide data, an external review/analysis, and credibility for Our Center to key decision makers.; 129th ASEE Annual Conference and Exposition: Excellence Through Diversity, ASEE 2022 ; Conference date: 26-06-2022 Through 29-06-2022",
