Abstract

Ferroelectric-based devices and circuits are emerging as a key solution for supporting the storage and computing needs of data-abundant applications. Co-design across the stack from materials to architectures will be vital to addressing cross-cutting challenges posed by the enormity of data that needs to be processed. This talk will highlight opportunities and challenges for ferroelectric electronics.
