Abstract
Low frequency polarization behavior of xBiScO3-yBiGaO3-(1-x-y)PbTiO3 single crystals was investigated. The crystals were grown by high temperature solution method. The dielectric constant and the Curie temperature of the crystals were determined. Results showed that the low frequency regime was dominated by a space charge conduction mechanism.
