Abstract

The typical characteristic of Marfan Syndrome is the progressive dilatation of proximal aorta that precipitates aortic dissection and rupture. In this report, we present our experience in endovascular stent greft insertion with sedoanalgesia technique for the treatment of desendan thoracal aorta aneurysm due to Marfan Syndrome.
