Abstract

Evolution of quantum dots in the spin van der Waals model was studied. Schmidt decomposition was applied to investigate information-theoretic entropic properties and entanglement of the quantum dot ensembles. Entanglement in a system of N two-level quantum dots was analyzed by Pauli spin operators for each lattice site. Results indicated that the quantum dots evolved periodically into the bipartite entangled states.
