Abstract

The high power auroral stimulation (HIPAS) ionospheric heater facility located 50 km east of Fairbanks, AK, has recently been made operational and available to the scientific community. Presented are observation of extremely low frequency (ELF) signals generated using the HIPAS ionospheric heater.
