Abstract
A micro-angle adjusting system was constructed with a position actuator 'inchworm' and a turntable; the former was fabricated from an electrostrictive unimorph and two electromagnets. The rotation angular velocity can be controlled by changing the voltage applied to the unimorph and the driving frequency, and it has an angle step up to 6 multiplied by 10** minus **4 rad/step.
