Abstract

The Fractional Quantum Hall Effect (FQHE) as a property of uncorrelated electrons, resulting from a quantization of the kinetic energy of electron in the presence of magnetic field was discussed. The FQHE of the composite fermions occur for the actual residual interaction between composite fermions. The fraction like v = 4/11 and 5/13 was discovered in ultrahigh mobility samples at very low temperature. It was observed that charge density waves of various types were predicted to occur for certain filling factor in higher quasi-Landan level composite fermion.
