Abstract

This article analyzes how the members of the quinoa supply chain can influence in the integration, operational performance and sustainability. The document proposes development of the Partial Least Squares (PLS) variables analysis methodology that will allow to analyze the data and evaluate the relationships for the integration of the supply chain. This research aims to provide an integrated model of the quinoa supply chain, which will improve management in the agriculture sector, the organizations that integrate, and the academy. Research pretend to facilitate the formulation of better strategies for integration and sustainability in the Andean region.
