Abstract
Outlines the history of exploration and development of this basin, an extension of the Western Offshore Basin. Discusses the tectonic and sedimentary history of the area and lists anticipated exploratory prospects - subtle traps and deeper prospects. Geological analogy and statistical methods indicate 150MMT of undiscovered resources in the well explored part of the basin.-M.J.Bennell-Baker
