Abstract
The clinical presentation, diagnostic evaluation, and treatment of a 3-month-old infant with symptomatic airway obstruction caused by a nasopharyngeal hemangioma is discussed. The pathophysiology of nasopharyngeal airway obstruction in the infant and the clinical management of hemangiomas of the head and neck are reviewed.
