Abstract
In this report, we analyze the relative abilities of individual H-2 allodeterminants to induce tolerance in comparison with the tolerogenic potential of conjoined disparities, including the entire H-2 segment. It was found that genes within the I region markedly influence the tolerogenicity of K and D region alloantigens and restrict the range and specificity of that tolerance in putatively tolerant animals.
