Abstract
A reinvestigation of Jaspis splendans afforded the novel compounds jaspamide D-G plus the known compounds jaspamide and jaspamides B and C. All compounds exhibited potent cytotoxic activities and were shown to cause microfilament disruption. Biological activity and structural elucidation are reported here.
