N2 - A model order reduction process for second order systems is presented. The nodal form of electrical network governing equations is modified through a bilinear conformal transformation in the Laplace domain. Model order reduction of the transformed second order system is carried out through congruent transformation, thus preserving passivity and reciprocity of the system. Proof of concept is shown through examples of power- ground structures.
