Abstract
We report a patient with Noonan syndrome who also had syringomyelia and a Chiari type I malformation. This is the third reported occurrence of this association. We suggest that syringomyelia and Chiari I malformation are a rare manifestation of Noonan syndrome that should be sought for in the presence of scoliosis with or without long tract neurologic signs.
