Abstract
The number of submissions has steadily increased over the Years for the Journal of Operations Management (JOM). Submissions have become increasingly more diverse in terms of theories, methods, and empirical contexts. JOM authors use a wide variety of methods draw on a broad base of theories and different contexts. The main design principle in the new structure is that as many individual manuscripts as possible would fall within the domain of a single department.
