Abstract

A new method was developed to prepare maleic anhydride modified polypropylene with controllable molecular structure. Using this method, maleic anhydride terminal modified polypropylene was successfully synthesized. With the coexist of styrene, PP-b-SMA diblock copolymer was synthesized and the SMA segment was controlled by the concentration of styrene and reaction time.
