Abstract
The tunneling spectrum of the superconducting 3-K phase of Sr2RuO4 with cleaved junctions was measured. Andreev surface bound states were observed in the region below 3K which gave rise to a sharp zero-bias conductance peak (ZBCP). The Andreev reflection indicated that the phase of the pairing amplitude depended on the direction. A crossover from sharp to bell-shaped ZBCP was observed below the bulk Tc which supported a phase transition in the 3K-phase region near the bulk Tc.
