Abstract

Competition between ultrafast electron injection and vibrational energy relaxation in Re(CO)3Cl(dcbpy) sensitized TiO2 nanocrystalline thin film was studied by simultaneously measuring the electron absorption and transient vibrational spectra of the sensitizer by femtosecond IR spectroscopy.
