title = "On the numerical modeling of graphene and silicene for EM solvers",
abstract = "In this presentaton, we review the theoretical procedure to derive a macroscopic model of the conductivity of two-dimensional crystals. The methodology is illustrated for the well-known equations for graphene, and as novel results we also present furthur calculations to formulate a model for silicene. A comparison of the result shows the possibilities offered by new 2D theoretical structures.",
