Abstract

The determination of daylight dimming system performance is a complex analysis issue. This paper applies a detailed analysis method which considers the anticipated response of the photosensor in the analysis. Results from this technique are compared to more simplified analysis approach. Comparisons are also made between open-loop and closed-loop proportional controls for all seasons of the year with all three IESNA standard sky types.
