Abstract

An ansatz for the eigenfunctions of thex² λ x²(1+gx²)−¹ interaction has been recently introduced by Blecher and Leach. Usingthis ansatz, Gallas has obtained five solution pairs for λ=−2g(3g+2). Gallas’ results are generalised and extended here.
