Abstract

A flexible active-matrix organic thin film transistor (OTFT) backplane suitable for use in flexible polymer-dispersed liquid crystal displays was fabricated. 75 μm thick flexible PEN film was used as the substrate. OTFT and pixel arrays with good electrical performance, yield, and uniformity were obtained.
