Organic thin film transistors

Research output: Contribution to journalConference articlepeer-review

Abstract

Organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) have made rapid progress and now have performance comparable to amorphous silicon devices. This talk will consider OTFT status, and prospects for use in organic emissive display active backplanes and other broad area electronic applications.
